PRIDE Plus Card

P.R.I.D.E. Plus struck again!  P.R.I.D.E. stands for Personal Responsibility In Daily Efforts. P.R.I.D.E. encourages students to do their homework, and be prepared for class which includes always having their agenda with them and having homework recorded daily.  If students do not do their homework, or are not prepared, they receive a “no” stamp, which gets them a ticket to detention. If a student is able to go a month without a “no” stamp, then they receive a P.R.I.D.E.  Plus Card. A P.R.I.D.E Plus Card allows students to get free admission to dances and sporting events.  If a P.R.I.D.E. Plus student does not do their homework, arrives to class without either their agenda or their P.R.I.D.E.  Plus card their P.R.I.D.E.  Plus Card is confiscated and they have to start all over again.  Not all students with P.R.I.D.E. Plus Cards are “A” students; everyone is able to earn one.
